Rotary Club of Jorhat visited the Central Jail, Jorhat on March 8, International Women’s Day, at 11:30 am (Sunday) to spend a few moments with the 9 women inmates and 2 children lodged there. Rotary Jorhat donated basic necessities to both the women and children as per their requirement. President Rtn (Dr,) Neeta Lagachu Taye and Secretary, Rtn. (Dr.) Minakshi Phookan Hazarika was accompanied by Rtn. Ranjit Bordoloi.
