Joint BoD hosted by Rtn Dhatatrreya H. at his residence. Rtn. Deepak Dutta requested to prepare 20 Copies of the Club Bulletin “Goodwill” to be unveiled on May 28, 2026, during the 60th Charter Night. The BoD also set a deadline of 31st July 2026 wherein all financial accounts of the previous years to be handed over to the new committee. The maintenance of the Club Building was also to be handled by the Rotary Service Trust. it was resolved to invite Honourable DC of Jorhat and VC of Assam Women's University as Chief Guest and Guest of Honour respectively. Invitations will also be extended to Lions Club Jorhat, nearby Rotary Clubs and IWC Jorhat. Rotarians who have completed 40 years of service viz PDG Rtn. Trilok Singh, Rtn CA Dilip Kumar Somani, Rtn. Bhopinder Singh Rakhra, Rtn. Surajit Chakraborty and Rtn. Kamal Jain will also be felicitated. Rtn. Karimul proposed the induction of two new members: siblings Juleen Ahmed and Hashim Hazarika, on 5th June, 2026.
