Hazarika introduced Shri Jiten Gogoi as a sincere, humble, hard-working and energetic worker in the Urban Water Supply Dept. (Jorhat Municipal Board). In his speech, Shri Gogoi spoke modestly about the experiences he faces in his vocation, his line of work. He remarked about the presence of arsenic and the deteriorating water quality in Jorhat and the lackadaisical attitude in solving the issue.
