Five local dailies highlighted the Polio Awareness Program organized on the occasion of World Polio Day, celebrated on 24th October at DCB Girls College. Dr Rupanjali Phukan presented a talk on the significance of this day. She addressed the 95 girl students of DCB Girls College who are the future mothers of our society and explained the importance of prevention of Polio.
